We have also made it easier to submit the correct provider id for some of thse handsets, but pleas make sure you select the correct provider id from the drop-down list or your code will be wrong and no refunds will be given.

We have been busy over the christmas period and have now made Alcatel codes INSTANT. You will also get a full set of codes delivered, but we must re-iterate that in order to get a working code you MUST select the exact provider ID in the drop-down menu for the handset you are requesting the unlock code for. e.g. VM800-VRGB1
